All monthly packages are a 3 month commitment and auto-renew after that last month.
There is a early cancellation fee of 40% of the remaining commitment balance

STAK Training is a strength and conditioning program designed for athletes who want that extra cardio burn – minus the heavy barbells.

WHAT IS STAK TRAINING
  • Every day is different, so you can keep your workout fresh and fun.  STAK incorporates a mix of cardio (running, rowing, stationary bike) and weights (kettlebells, dumbbells, sand bags, medicine balls) 
  • STAK programming provides the opportunity to train 5 days a week without taxing any one part of your body.  
  • Train with a group while performing at your own rate of speed, intensity, and ability.
  • Small group, coached training.  
The RAWW Method a combination of Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Bodybuilding philosophies to achieve your desired results.

THE RAWW  METHOD
Developed by nationally-ranked weightlifter, Tim Rawlings, who has trained under and alongside Chinese, Russian, and American Olympians.
